SHIPPING

We offer a flat rate shipping of $18 within Canada & a flat rate shipping of $25 to the United States. All orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days after order is placed & shipped via Canada Post! Please ensure your mailing address & information is correct at checkout as we are unable to make changes once the order has been placed!

IN STORE PICKUP

Free local pickup is available at our in store location located in Kindersley SK. We aim to have your order ready within 24 hours pending availability & verification of payment! 

REFUND POLICY & FAQ

• All refunds will be issued as store credit for the price of the product 
• To initiate a return please email [email protected] within 14 days of the original date of purchase 
• Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached.
• Shipping returns and exchanges are at the cost of the customer, original shipping cost is non-refundable and tracking will need to be produced.
• All sale & discounted items (placed with a discount code) are considered discounted and are final sale

We do not accept returns on any pacifiers, teething products, hygiene products, bedding, bathing suits, or undergarments. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

All orders are inspected prior to shipping to shipping, however if you feel you have received a damaged item please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your item. Please make sure to inspect your items upon receipt. Damage claims after 3 business days will not be accepted.
